Travel well together

Community Guidelines

Shared plans work best when everyone feels welcome and respected.

Last updated September 7, 2026

Respect the people in your group

Do not threaten, bully, harass, exploit, or discriminate against others. Honor people's boundaries, travel preferences, and decisions to leave a group. No scams, spam, impersonation, or unwanted invitations.

Share thoughtfully

Only share information and images you have permission to use. Do not post someone's private details, identification documents, passwords, verification codes, card numbers, or bank credentials. Booking references and travel schedules can be sensitive; share only what your group needs.

Keep content lawful and safe

Do not share illegal content, sexual exploitation material, threats of violence, malicious links, or content intended to facilitate harm. Respect intellectual property and the laws that apply where you are.

Report a concern

Contact Support with the trip name, a brief description, and the approximate time of the incident. Include a screenshot only if it is safe and does not expose unnecessary personal details. Trip owners/admins can also use the moderation controls available in the app.

This page is not an emergency reporting channel. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reporting a concern does not guarantee a particular outcome or immediate response.

How concerns are handled

We review concerns and may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts where appropriate under the Terms of Use and applicable law. Available controls and review processes may change as the service develops.
